We placed a big order to go for our movers and were impressed with the person on the phone who was very accommodating. The square bowls serve a lot of people (maybe even more than 5 each) and they took care of us by giving us everything we needed which we really appreciated. The ciabatta rolls were a little dark and hard but everything else was very tasty and well-received by the movers and us. We are fans of Noodles and recommend you sign up for their email club because they send great coupons!

With Noodles & Co., and most franchises, you generally know what to expect when get there. For me, it's always about how a location delivers in its own way. This Noodles is a great representation of the brand. The location itself is their modern stand-alone. It has a wine bar (I think anyway) and patio seating. The menu is the traditional menu with whatever seasonal items are available at the time. The layout is the standard, open layout. The staff was very friendly, I had 3 positive interactions with 3 different members. I was greeted right away, order was delivered quickly, and someone came by to pick up dishes. I've had worse service at restaurants with dedicated servers. The food was pretty standard. Nothing against the location, but sometimes I feel like Noodles & Co. in general needs a better menu. I really appreciate whoever was on Rice Krispy treat duty that day-- that employee has got skill. I mean it's all about that perfect marshmallow to Rice Krispy ratio right!? I digress. Great location.

Vegans rejoice! The Japanese Pan Noodles with tofu (organic!) are vegan. The Tuscan fresca sans the cheese on top is also vegan, as is the spaghetti marinara without cheese, the Indonesian peanut sauté, AND the Penne Rosa without cream or cheese. This place is absolutely amazing. Unfortunately we ate here while on vacation, and there aren't any Noodles & Co. Chains in our area.

Fast and friendly service and they have a pretty delicious chicken salad! Great option for a quick meal.

This was probably the worse service I have received at a Noodles & Company. They were short staffed and I waited almost 30 mins for my to go order. The manager on shift didn't even offer any kind of apology let alone a cup for some water. Hope they get staffed better and provide better service during the lunch rush. Love the food, but this location wasn't the greatest selection.

They skimp on their sauce. I ordered mac and cheese and it was horrible, not cheesy and blan. I also ordered a steak sandwich and it was dry due to lack of sauce once again. I live close by noodles and co and after that experience I have no desire to eat there.

I had the stroganoff beef bowl. The beef had been kept warm quite a while and had a chewy, leather-like texture. The beef was seasoned with Italian seasoning - not a seasoning used in stroganoff and it ended up being an odd tasting combo. They use oil on the noodles to keep them from sticking together, but they used way too much oil and I had a pool of oil at the bottom of my bowl. The noodles were pasty with no flavor, like eating a blob of raw dough. The sauce itself was very good, but they managed to really skimp when adding to the bowl.

This is one of my go-tos for a quick lunch that's a step up from fast food. Contrary to the Yelp label, this is not a Chinese place. They offer Mediterranean pastas, Mac and cheese, and soups, along with pad Thai and other Asian noodle dishes. They have appetizers and serve wine and beer. Quick, friendly service has consistently been my experience. Also a good place to grab a takeout lunch for a group.

What a fun noodle place! Not sure why it's listed under Chinese food though. There are so many different types of noodles to choose from. Kids and husband loved the buttery noodles. There are also some yummy looking salads on their menu. I had the curry soup that was good and made with fresh veggies! Wish we had one in Albuquerque!

Excellent noodle varieties with a great pad Thai, of which I am very fond of. Great sandwiches and salads as well. Highly recommend trying it if you're a fan of any noodle dish and like the occasional Wisconsin cheese steak sandwich.

What a great place. My wife needed special requirements on the way the soup was prepared so she asked if they could do that. They didn't look at her funny, they didn't say they couldn't do that there.....instead they smiled, got management involved and got it done. As soon as it was brought out, the person who prepared it checked to make sure it was ok, the person who took the order and the manager! Talk about amazing service. They are located down the street from our office so our employees go there quite a bit and now I know why. We will be back and regular like.

This store just opened this week and it is already packed! We got there at just the right time because the lunch rush came in right behind us. The employees were very friendly and I loved that they come by and ask to refill your drinks and take your dirty plates, no other location has done that for us. The food was also delicious. I had the BBQ Pork Mac-n-Cheese...to die for! One of my friend had the beef stroganof and devoured it and my other friend had the truffle mac-n-cheese and also devoured it. I am so happy they are right down the street from my work. I will be a frequent visitor!

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
